The reception staff was friendly & helpful with maps & tips on what we should see and how to get there. The room was small but very well appointed, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It was very clean, renovated, and updated in rooms and common areas, shampoo and shower gel provided, and brand new bed linen and towels. Rooms were cleaned and the bed was fixed every day. They had a large choice in the breakfast including fresh squeezed orange juice, an omelet made by the chef in front of you and they also offer gluten-free bread rolls and lactose-free milk. Perfect location just 200 meters from the train and metro and 950 meters from Sagrada Familia itself. All in all it was a wonderful little find and I would definitely come back and stay in the same hotel when I get the chance to visit again Barcelona.

Room was large, with a good shower and everything I needed including a safe and big flatscreen TV. Free Wi-Fi. The pool area is tidy, if a little small. It’s situated in a quiet area, with a few small local bars and restaurants. The transport connections are excellent: Clot Metro station is a 5 minute walk away and has numerous lines running through it, including a direct line to the airport. Very easy to get a taxi as well, and we got everywhere we needed to for under €10.

We asked for a map of the city and gentleman working in reception gave us the map and highlighted all the places which we should visit. It was very useful. Bed was very comfortable. In general housekeeping was great but after last cleaning before our departure we found some long black hair tangled in my partner's pyjama and some on the floor. None of us was the owner. Other than that our room was clean.

The room in this hotel was amazing — very clean and cozy. There was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping came every day, and towels were changed regularly. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and helpful. After we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and enjoy a walk before our flight without having to carry our bags. That was really convenient! I definitely recommend this hotel!

There is a taxi area right in front which made getting to the sites we wanted to see very easy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
